La storia degli NH3 nasce nell’agosto del 2002 nel quartiere di Villa San Martino a Pesaro. Legati da una profonda amicizia nata qualche anno prima tra i palazzi dell’immediata periferia la crew pesarese trova nella musica il veicolo migliore per parlare della loro quotidianità fatta di pomeriggi trascorsi sui playground, stadi e palazzetti della città. Piccolo e grandi problemi della vita forgiano il carattere dei ragazzi che con il nome ammoniaka firmano, nel 2009 il loro primo album “30 Agosto 2002”. Il 2011 è l’anno della svolta: la band decide di cambiare il proprio nome e da ammoniaka diventa NH3, l’album che sancirà il cambiamento è “Eroi Senza volto”, un album dalle tinte meno adolescenziali e dai forti riferimenti ska-punk. Con “Eroi Senza Volto” gli NH3 riescono ad uscire dai confini italiani, il primo tour Europeo toccherà diversi paesi del vecchio contenti tra i quali Germania, Svizzera, Croazia e Austria. Dall’esperienza acquisita on the road prenderà vita, nel Luglio del 2013, “Rise Up”, un album dalle tinte forti, sound aggressivo e di impatto influenzato dallo dal punk hardcore. Il nuovo album porta la band al suo secondo tour europeo entrando a far parte del rooster di Muttis booking. Dal 2013 al 2015 i ragazzi portano la loro musica al pubblico di mezza Europa calcando diversi tra i palchi più importanti di festival e club, da Berlino a Parigi fino al “Mighty Sounds” in Repubblica Ceca. Il 22 Aprile 2016 esce “Hate And Hope” per Long Beach Records Europe e Indie Box con conseguente tour Europeo: Punk Rock Holiday in Slovenia e Revenidas in Spagna sono solo due dei palchi più importanti in cui Hate And Hope ottiene la sua consacrazione. Gli NH3 si dimostra una delle band più energiche e di impatto della scena ska-core europea con un live incalzante e travolgente. Esce a Marzo 2019 il loro quinto lavoro in studio SUPERHERO, un album dalle sonorità decise pesantemente influenzate dal punk hardcore e dalla sperimentazione di sonorità ska-funk. Distribuito da Long Beach Record Europe per l’Europa e People Of Punk Rock Records per Canada e Stati Uniti. Poco dopo viene pubblicato un nuovo singolo, la cover di "Waiting Room" dei Fugazi con il prezioso featuring di Chris#2 degli Anti-Flag!!!

The story of NH3 starts in August 2002 in Villa San Martino district in Pesaro. The friendship that bonds the historic core of the band dates back to many years before, and the passion for the music has helped these guys to harmonize what has become the current line-up. Bleachers and sports arenas, the love for the roots of their working class district, the “united we stand” attitude and anti-racism/anti-fascism ideals, shape the nature of the band from the beginning. The Band takes its first steps and, with the adding of the winds section, they strongly move towards aggressive rhythms and active lyrics. A continuous evolution and growth on the stage and on the road playing through Italy, ensures that in 2009 the first album of the band, called “30 Agosto 2002”, comes out. The year 2011 marks a change in the story of the band from Pesaro: after spending the whole spring in the recording studios, they come up in a totally renewed version. With “EROI SENZA VOLTO” (which means “Faceless Heroes” One Step Records) the band reaches important stages and they start to get close to the italian ad foreign anti-fascist scene. The tour goes on with very good feedback, and for the first time NH3 can overstep the italian frontiers with their first European tour (Austria, Croatia, Germany Czech Republic). With experience, umilty and with the influence of the different places where NH3 have been playing in those 2 years, they finally come to the right mix that allows the band to write the third album. So in July 2013 a strong album was born: “RISE UP” (One Step Record), with a combat and militant sonority, an aggressive and strong sound, is also influenced by upbeat rhythms and punk hardcore. The new album brings the band to his second European tour, by joining the rooster of Muttis booking. From 2013 and 2015 the boys have been taking their music all around clubs and festivals, from Berlin to Paris, to the Mighty Sound in Czech Republic. In 2016 they release “HATE AND HOPE” (Long Beach Records/Indie Box) with another European tour: Punk Rock Holiday in Slovenia, and Revenidas in Spain are just 2 of the most important festivals which give “Hate and Hope” its great success. NH3 become one of the most powerful bands in the European ska-core scene, with overwhelming and engaging live shows. Their fifth studio album SUPERHERO is released in March 2019, an album with strong sounds heavily influenced by hardcore punk and experimentation with ska-funk sounds. Distributed by Long Beach Record Europe for Europe and People Of Punk Rock Records for Canada and the United States. At the end of 2019 a new single is released, the cover of "Waiting Room" by Fugazi with the precious featuring by Chris # 2 of Anti-Flag!!!
